MSME Ratna Awards - 2025

Recognizing the need to celebrate excellence and promote innovation within MSME and Startup sector, Chamber of Indian Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (CIMSME) has instituted the MSME RATNA Awards. This initiative seeks to honor the outstanding performers in the MSME domain, shine a spotlight on their accomplishments, and inspire a culture of continuous improvement and competitiveness across the sector.

With a vision to spotlight excellence in Sustainability, Innovation, Digital Transformation and Inclusive Growth, the MSME Ratna Awards seek to uplift and acknowledge businesses that demonstrate outstanding Performance, Resilience and Leadership.

This annual event is more than just an awards ceremony it's a platform to Connect, Collaborate and Grow. This award is institutionalise to motivate the MSMEs and Startups to scale thier Enterprises from Micro Enterprises to Large Enterprises.

Objective

The MSME Ratna Awards aim to recognize and reward outstanding Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across India for their exceptional contributions to the nation’s growth. As the backbone of the Indian economy, MSMEs serve as a true growth engine, playing a vital role in employment generation, innovation, and inclusive development. Their active participation is critical in realizing the vision of a Viksit Bharat (Developed India) and achieving the ambitious goal of making India a $5 Trillion economy.

CIMSME MSME Ratna Awards are designed to promote Innovation, Competitiveness and Sustainability across the sector while encouraging best practices in Governance, Operational Efficiency and Social Responsibility.

Additionally, the awards serve as a source of Inspiration for Emerging Entrepreneurs by showcasing real-life success stories of Exceptional MSMEs.

A key objective of the Awards is also to foster dialogue and collaboration among MSMEs, Financial Institutions, Government Bodies and Industry Leaders, thereby creating a stronger and more supportive ecosystem for MSME Development.
